Hi! I am Nupur Bhattacharya. After years of pursuing my passion as a scientist, I have taken a break to spend quality time with my children. This has given me the time to pursue my second passion which is cooking! My experiments have moved from the lab to the kitchen! I love decoding and dissecting restaurant/dhaba style indian curries, sweets, snacks and create them with basic ingredients found in indian cuisine. That is exactly what I want to share with you!
