The key is to watch the ball as it goes above your head and then bend knees and duck down as the ball is dropping. Getting your head up and your shoulders back you're creating a nice little cup between the shoulders, the head and the back so that the ball can stall. From there you can either roll it over a shoulder or flip it up from your neck and continue juggling.
