A simple delicious thick and creamy avocado smoothie for breakfast or a healthy snack. Ingredients: 1 Ripe Avocado Brown Sugar or Banana (To taste) Water & Few Ice Cubes Instructions: Take a knife (you can easily use a dull dinner knife) and gently make cuts in the avocado flesh. Remove the seed & Then use a spoon to easily scoop out the avocado pieces. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth, Add ice & enjoy. You can avoid sugar by adding a Banana & can enjoy without ice cubes too.
