In BNHA manga chapter 191,we found out that number 2 hero Hawks was undercover as a double agent as it was discovered that he was spying on the League of Villains on the behalf of the Japenese goverment. But after finding out about this development comes a unsettling possibility. Are there other pro heroes that are double agents that are working on the behalf of The League Of Villains?
