Here is a very easy vegetarian stir fry meal that you can make from scratch in 15 minutes. It makes enough for a family or you can portion and freeze the extra. This recipe uses edamame to give you more protein so it is good for vegetarians. If you are vegan then substitute vegetable broth for the beef broth concentrate.
