The fried egg could have been more fried. Ingredients: - 1 egg - 1 tbsp oil - 2 tbsp Lao Gan Ma chili oil with fermented soybeans - 1 pack of dried noodles - Salt - Pepper - Soy sauce Recipe: 1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 7 min. 2. Fry 1 egg in 1 tbsp oil. Set to the side and season with salt and pepper. 3. Heat up 2 tbsp chili oil in the same pan. 4. Drain the noodles and mix them into the oil. Mix in salt, pepper, and soy sauce. 5. Serve in a bowl with the fried egg on top. PO
