Ingredients: - 2 slices of sourdough - 2 tbsp butter - 1 oz salami slices - 1 oz coppa slices - 3 oz mozzarella slices - Arugula - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Recipe: 1. Toast 2 slices of sourdough. After flipping add mozzarella on top of on slice and cover to melt. 2. Take the bread off the heat and add salami and coppa. 3.
